Where you work now, you are part of a group of workers that each play their role. No matter where you are in your organization, there’s the boss who controls what gets worked on, there are workers who get the work accomplished, and then there are a series of administrative workers such as HR people, an accountant, a lawyer, and even IT and insurance people, that keep everything running, legal and on track.
When plan for retirement, think about yourself as Me, Inc. As the successful CEO of Me, Inc., you need a team of people to support your new company. Some of these may already be on your “payroll”, and some you may need to start hunting for to hire or put on retainer.
